Pennelope "Penny" Killman

Pennelope "Penny" Gail Killman was born on June 19, 1954, in Tompkinsville, KY and passed away at Celina Health and Rehab on Thursday, November 20, 2025, at the age of 71.

Pennelope was the daughter of Henry Frank Allen and Nancy Jane Evans Allen. She was a member of Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents; Sisters: Ruth Deckard, Judy Barr, Lucinda Allen, Linda Putnam, Doris Allen, Wanda Sue Rapatosh, Vicki Faye Allen; Brothers: Frank Allen, Jerry Allen, Jimmy Allen and Eagle Allen son: Randall Killman.

Survived by: sisters Rachel Allen of Greensburg KY, Joyce Ann Boythe of Tompkinsville, KY, Sarah (Larry) Williams of Bowling Green, KY; granddaughter: Payton Killman of Celina, TN; and 3 great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be on Monday, November 24, 2025, from 8:30 AM till service time at 11:30 AM at Clay County Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held on Monday, November 24, 2025, at 11:30 AM in the Chapel of Clay County Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Gamaliel Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting memorial donations be made to assist with Funeral Expenses.
