Delois Likens

Delois Likens was born on November 1, 1937, in Celina, TN and passed away at The Palace Healthcare and Rehab Center in Red Boiling Springs, TN on Sunday, November 30, 2025, at the age of 88.

She was the daughter of Lankford Cherry and Olene Crawford Cherry. She was a member of Union Hill Church of Christ.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Husband: Rex Likens; brother: Ronald Cherry; Sister: Bonnie McCarter; Daughter: Barbara Ann.

Delois is survived by her son: Lannie (Barbara) Likens of Moss, TN; daughter: Connie Key of Celina, TN; six grandchildren; two great grandchildren along with other family and friends also survive.

Visitation with her family will begin on Tuesday, December 2, 2025, from 4:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M., and again on Wednesday, December 3, 2025, from 8:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M. at the Clay County Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, December 3, 2025, at 11:00 A.M. in the Chapel of Clay County Funeral Home with Bro. Kevin Sweezy officiating. Burial will follow in Union Hill Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers the Likens family is requesting donations towards Delois’s funeral expenses; donations may be made by contacting the funeral home.
