Justin Wayne Trull, of Tompkinsville, KY was born on December 30, 1977 in Meridian, Mississippi, and he passed away on August 12, 2025 at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, TN
Justin was a proud supporter of the United States military and harbored a profound respect for the troops and the country they served. Although he never donned a uniform himself, his admiration for those who did was unwavering and heartfelt, reflecting a deep sense of patriotism that was a corner of his soul.
He is survived by his devoted wife, Nicole Trull of Tompkinsville, KY, whom he shared 27 years with. His legacy will continue through his beloved children: Bryce Trull of Livingston, TN; Emily (Jarrett) Key of Algood, TN; and Mallory (Judd) Copeland of Livingston, TN. He also leaves his brothers, Ron (Christie) Trull Jr. of Clarkrange, TN, Joshua (Jessica) Trull of Livingston, TN, and Pat Lee (Rachel) Gilliland of Smithville, TN, as well as his sister, Megan (Jonathan) Kinnick. Additionally, he will be lovingly remembered by his father, Ronald (Lori) Trull Sr. of Allons, TN, and his granddaughter, Emerson June Key of Algood, TN, a host of nieces and nephews also survive.
Justin was preceded in death by his mother Thelma Jean Brown, and his sons, Austin Trull and Aiden Trull.
Visitation services will be held on Thursday, August 14 from 4pm to 8pm and on Friday August 15, 2025 from 10 to noon at Clay County Funeral Home in Celina, TN, allowing family and friends the opportunity to pay their respects and celebrate his life. The funeral service will be held on Friday, August 15, 2025 at 12 noon in the chapel of Clay County Funeral Home, with Bro. Derrick Copeland officiating, burial will follow in the Fellowship Cemetery.
