Jeffrey Scantland

Jeffrey Wayne Scantland was born May 31, 1961, in Jackson County, TN and he passed away on Monday, April 21, 2025, at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, TN at the age of 63.

Jeffrey was the son of Billie Lando Scantland and Nannie Willene Brown Scantland. He was a factory worker and was of Christian Faith.

Preceded in death by his parents, brother: Danny Scantland, and sister: Debbie Scantland.

Survivors include brothers: Don (Betty) Scantland of Hilham, Junior Scantland of Chattanooga, and David Paul Scantland of Gainesboro. Other relatives and friends also survive.

Visitation will be on Saturday, April 26, 2025, from 4 to 8 pm at Clay County Funeral Home in Celina, TN and on Sunday, April 27, 2025, from 10 am to 2 pm at Anderson Upper Cumberland Funeral Home in Gainesboro. Funeral services will be conducted at 2 pm on Sunday, April 27, 2025, in the chapel of Anderson Upper Cumberland Funeral Home with Bro. Shannon Hammock officiating. Burial will follow in Lynn Cemetery.
